On August 6 the CRA sponsored an unforgettable evening of Music and Memories at the Washoe Club in Virginia City. Hundreds of people came to listen and socialize on C Street, and incidentally to support our efforts in preventing open pit mining of the Comstock.
Thank You!
To the generous people who came up from the flatlands to enjoy SILVERTOWN, A night of Music and Memories
To the Musicians who Came to Play — Dean Smith, Jim Allander, Red Rose, the KlapTones, Darius & the Various Cocktails, the Woodys, Guitar Woody and the Boilers and Sopwith Camel
To the many businesses listed at right who donated raffle prizes
With all of us working harmoniously together, we will prevent the intrusion of heavy industrial pit mining in the Carson River Superfund site, the Virginia City National Historic Landmark and in our peaceful communities. And we will keep it fun.
